JY-962 high-efficiency modified silicone defoaming powder is specially developed based on the easy foaming characteristics of oil field additives (including K12 powder, etc.). It is a powder-specific defoaming agent applied to solid and powdery products. It is formulated with polysiloxane as the main material and a surfactant that is easily soluble in water as a carrier. It has rapid defoaming when used, and its foam suppression performance is quite long-lasting (no special factors, it can have long-term foam suppression function), and it can maintain the original state of the product and is resistant to high temperatures and strong alkali. It can be used at high temperatures in oil well mud. It will not decompose under strong alkali, has high fluidity, and will not fail due to high mud viscosity. And because it does not contain a lot of water, it has the outstanding advantages of convenient storage and transportation and not easy to deteriorate. It can be added as a defoaming and foam-suppressing component to solid powdered additives or products with high pH. It has small dosage, fast defoaming, and good foam suppression. Can be compared with imported equivalent products.

Usage
This product has strong acid and alkali resistance, is chemically stable, non-toxic, and non-corrosive to metal materials. Therefore, you can sprinkle this product directly onto the foam to defoam, or you can dissolve the product with water and then spray it on the foam to defoam. When dissolving with water, stir thoroughly to ensure dissolution and dispersion of the product. For oilfield additives, you can directly add the powdered defoaming agent into this product and mix well. The same powder additives can also be directly added into the product and mix well. As a foam suppressor, it can be used after stirring evenly with other components. The dosage should be determined through process testing. Generally, it is a few thousandths to a few thousandths of the total amount of defoamed liquid.
Packaging and storage
The storage period is two years. It should be stored in a cool, dry place and avoid long-term exposure to sunlight. This product is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive, and should be stored and transported according to general chemicals. After the storage period has expired, it should be checked whether it has expired. If it has not expired, it can still be used.
