HTBS| Hydroxyl-terminated Polybutadiene Styrene

Hydroxyl-terminated styrene butadiene liquid rubber (abbreviated as hydroxyl-butadiene styrene or HTBS) is a low molecular telechelic polymer with butadiene and styrene as the main molecular chain and active functional groups at both ends. Because this type of liquid rubber can extend the chain through functional group reactions to form a polymer. This type of rubber not only has the characteristics of solid styrene butadiene rubber, but can also be used as a casting material and sealing material. Since hydroxyl-butadiene styrene liquid rubber has excellent insulation and wear resistance, it can meet the processing fields where the process performance of solid styrene butadiene rubber cannot meet.

high purity, good transparency, low viscosity, aging resistance and good processing performance.
Modification of adhesives, epoxy resins, polyurethane materials and insulation and sealing of electrical materials. It can also be used in elastomers, potting materials, or alone in the casting and repair of tires.
