Instructions
The cationic fixative LSK-41 does not need to be diluted and added to the papermaking cycle process. The general dosage is 100-300 grams/ton, depending on the actual situation;
When used in a coating system, before adding pulp or preventing over-dispersion in the pulp, the general dosage is 500-1000 g/ton.
The papermaking fixing agent is mixed with retention and filtering aids such as amphoteric starch or polyacrylamide (cPAM) during the papermaking process, and the anionic garbage capture agent is added directly to the pulp or white water system.
The process conditions of each factory are different. The Zeta potential is adjusted to 2-6mv and controlled by a PCD meter. The specific dosage and potential control should be adjusted based on the sample according to the specific process.
Packaging and shipping
This product is packed in 200KG, 1000KG plastic drums, or packaged according to user requirements, and transported as non-dangerous goods.
Storage
This product is a non-dangerous product. The suitable storage temperature is 5-30℃. Do not expose it to the hot sun.
This product is corrosive to a certain extent. If it accidentally gets into your eyes, flush it with plenty of water.
The storage period is 12 months from the production date.
