Spin the reaction mixture solvent to dryness, dissolve it with methylene chloride, and wash it twice with purified water. The organic phase is dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and the mixture is Separate by silica gel column chromatography, and dry the product under vacuum to obtain 1H-pyrrole[2,3-B]pyridine-6-bromide.
Add 1H-pyrrole[2,3-B]pyridine-6-bromide and liquid ammonia in a certain proportion to a four-neck round bottom flask equipped with a magnetic stirrer, a thermometer and a reflux condenser water separator, and then add the boiling range of Petroleum ether at 60~90℃, the reaction is carried out under nitrogen protection. Track and detect the progress of the reaction with thin layer chromatography. Stop the reaction when no reactants are seen. Move the mixture to a filter bottle and perform vacuum distillation at 40~70°C to remove low-boiling amines and solvents to obtain 1H-pyrrole. [2,3-B]pyridin-6-amine.
