Chemical properties light amber transparent oily liquid, opaque at <12℃, slightly odor. Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, miscible with vegetable oil and mineral oil.
Used as plasticizer, lubricant, can also be used as a wetting agent for dyestuff surface
