Instructions for use
This product can be added directly or diluted to the thick slurry. The amount added is 7-15 kg/ton of paper for general sizing requirements and 12-25 kg/ton of paper for heavy sizing. Good retention, low ash content and balanced charge requirements are the main factors for good AKD emulsion sizing results.
It is generally believed that the sizing pH of cultural paper is 7.0-8.0 and that of packaging paper is 6.7-7.5. Higher total alkalinity is beneficial for AKD sizing.
If you find that the AKD emulsion is stratified, thickened, or releases a lot of gas before use, you should stop using it immediately. If you have any usage problems, please contact the supplier.
Packaging and shipping
Packed in 1000kg plastic drums or transported by tanker.
This product is a non-dangerous product. During transportation, it must be protected from high temperatures, sunlight, and freezing. In case of leakage, flush with water.
Storage
Storage temperature 4-30℃, protect from high temperature, sunlight and freezing.
The storage period is 3 months from the production date. It is recommended to use it as soon as possible after opening it.
