This product is used for plastic processing such as polyethylene blown film, cast film, co-extruded film, and stretch film.

Performance

●Reduce melt fracture (shark skin) and microscopic water ripples during PE processing.

●Reduce crystal points and microcrystal points caused by film blowing or extrusion processes.

●Improve the surface brightness and micro-surface smoothness of the film material, making the film surface more translucent and the printing effect more prominent.

●It can increase the extrusion speed and reduce the internal pressure of the die and the power consumption of the main motor without changing the film blowing or extrusion process conditions.

●After using PEZ-72, the die temperature can be reduced and the stability of the blown film bubble body can be improved.

●It can improve the plasticizing performance of extrusion equipment, improve the melt flow state, and improve the overall performance of film materials.

It depends on product requirements, raw material formula, membrane material production process conditions, membrane material use ambient temperature and membrane surface treatment.

The recommended addition ratio is: 0.5%--2%
