Deoxydibilisporin, deoxydibilisporin is a sesquiterpenoid compound, colorless needle-like crystal (chloroform), melting point >320℃ (softened at 198~200℃). Derived from the whole plant of the Asteraceae plant Elephantus scabe Chemicalbook L., animal experiments show that it has significant anti-cancer activity. Existing disclosed methods for preparing deoxydibilisin mostly use silica gel column separation. Since silica gel column separation involves large sample loss, poor reproducibility, and serious pollution, it is not suitable for industrialization.
