| Remark | (1) The heating and cooling time is not included in the calculation, and the temperature is lowered to 200℃ for demoulding; (2) The material must be dried at 230~250℃ for 2 hours before use; (3) The pressure is the pressure of the product, and the temperature is the temperature of the contact surface between the mold and the template; (4) Clean the mold surface before molding and apply a high-temperature resistant silicone release agent; (5) The gap of the mold is guaranteed to be 0.05~0.1mm; (6) The mold must be insulated during production, or have heating rings around it. The mold temperature can be controlled to be 20°C lower than the temperature of the upper and lower templates; (7) Recommended process for plates with a thickness of 3~10mm, other specifications can be adjusted appropriately; |
