PE wax
Polyethylene wax (PE wax), as a lubricant, has stable chemical properties and good electrical properties. Polyethylene wax has good miscibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl acetate, ethylene-propylene rubber, and butyl rubber. It can improve the fluidity of polyethylene, polypropylene and ABS and the mold release of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate.
Compared with PVC and other external lubricants, PE wax has stronger internal lubrication. In addition, it can also be used in ink, paper, concentrated masterbatch, biological double solution masterbatch, mulch film and candles, etc. PE wax can also be used in paints, hot melt adhesives, adhesives, etc.

Production process
Cracked polyethylene wax uses high molecular weight polyethylene as the main raw material, adding other auxiliary materials, and is made through a series of depolymerization reactions. Depolymerization is the most critical link in the production of polyethylene wax, and the entire depolymerization process should be carried out in a closed reactor.
