Product description and usage
KT-8801A type reverse osmosis scale inhibitor and dispersant is a new generation product independently developed by our company. It mainly controls the scaling and deposition caused by various inorganic salts in the membrane separation system: carbonates, sulfates, metal oxides, clay, etc. It has a good chelation effect. Suitable for water with high content of metal oxides and scale-causing salts. Avoid damage to the diaphragm caused by high pressure difference and particulate dirt caused by dirt on the membrane surface. It can be directly used in reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF) or ultrafiltration (UF) systems without ion exchange pretreatment to prevent scaling and improve water production volume and water quality. It is widely used in brackish water, high temperature Salt water, process water, drinking water, etc. Reduce equipment maintenance and operating costs.
Product performance
1. It can control the scaling of inorganic substances (CaCO3, CaSO4, BaSO4, etc.), and it can reach 3.0LSI without adding acid without scaling; the control of CaCO3 can reach LSI=2.8, and the control of CaSO4 can reach 4 times. Solubility product; does not condense with iron, aluminum oxides and silicon compounds to form insoluble matter.
2. It can be added after dilution and has solubility and stability.
3. Without any phosphate or phosphorus-containing components, it can be used in membrane separation systems that produce drinking water.
4. Can be used on membrane elements from Dupont, Filmtec, FluidSystem, Hydranautics, Toray, Desel and other manufacturers.
5. The pH value of the incoming water should be within the range of 5-10.
6. Compatible with organic flocculants and different types of flocculants. Performance will not be affected by chlorine and other oxidizing agents.

Dosing method and dosage
Dilution: This product is a standard liquid formula. Be sure to add water (RO produced water or desalted water) when using it. Since the metering pump cannot be set to ppm, it needs to be diluted before use (1L antiscalant plus 7L water) before adding.
Adding point: Add before the mixer or cartridge filter (security filter).
Dosing amount: (diluted standard solution) For non-water sources, please refer to the dosage of 2-4ppm. The situation can be determined according to the water quality.
Packaging specifications

Protection
