Feature
1. CS-1 aldehyde-free color fixing agent has reactive groups in the molecule, which can further improve the color fixing effect.
2. CS-1 formaldehyde-free color fixing agent does not contain free formaldehyde and does not release free formaldehyde. It complies with environmental protection requirements.

Suitable for dyeing or printing fixation of reactive, neutral and other anionic dyes. It is particularly effective in fixing reactive dyes.

Process flow
Dyeing → washing (→ soaping → washing) → color fixation → washing → other finishing processes
Notes
① Before fixing, it must be rinsed thoroughly with clean water to prevent residues from affecting the fixing effect;
② After solidification, rinse with clean water to avoid affecting the effect of subsequent processes;
③ The level of PH value will also affect the color fixation effect and the color light of the fabric. Please adjust according to the actual situation;
④ The increase in the amount of color-fixing agent and the increase in temperature will help improve the color-fixing effect, but if it is too high, it may cause discoloration;
⑤ The factory should adjust the specific process according to the actual situation of the factory and through the sample, so as to achieve the best color fixing effect.
Packaging and storage methods
1. Packaging is in 50KG or 125KG plastic drums;
2. This product should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight, and has a shelf life of two years at room temperature;
3. If the opened product is not used up, please seal it and store it.
