Introduction and Application of CAS 26545-49-3 | (neodecanoato-O)phenylmercury

This product is a colourless or yellowish liquid; it has a special compound odour and is easily soluble in general polyurethane raw materials such as polyether and polyester polyol.

This product belongs to polyurethane elastomer catalysts, and can be used in MDI isocyanate system, in various polyurethane elastomer compositions using MOCA and other amines as curing agents, and in various polyurethane elastomer compositions using alcohols as curing agents in MDI system as well as other products in the field of polyurethane CASE, with faster catalytic effect than that of CUCAT-8 after practical tests.

 

This product is a general catalyst, which can be used in various products in the field of polyurethane CASE, such as casters, glue board sticks, PU runway elastomers, one- and two-component sealants, adhesives, coatings, etc. It is used in aliphatic isocyanates, and it will not cause yellowing of the products.

The product is used in closed polyurethane coatings, can greatly reduce the isocyanate unsealing temperature (from 150-120 ℃ to 80 ℃) and unsealing completely, without other harmful side reactions, but also increase adhesion, greatly reduce and closed polyurethane use range.
